Patient had previous breast augmentation with 450cc saline implants and was not pleased with the shape of her breasts and also the loose skin of her abdomen. Removal and replacement of her saline implants were performed with smaller, 320cc silicone implants. Bilateral removal of implant capsule was also performed for correction of capsular contracture. An abdominoplasty was also performed.
Result is three months after surgery.
