Patient developed smaller breasts and loose skin after weight loss. Patient desired larger implants and better shape. Her 320 cc silicone implants were exchanged with 435cc silicone implants, and a small breast reduction and lift was also performed. Galaflex 3DR was placed to provide better support for the breasts.
Result is one month after surgery.
