Non-surgical nose job (with either filler or fat transfer) is an excellent option for improving the nasal contour after nose surgery. The advantage of filler is being an in and out procedure with minimal downtime. However, the filler will eventually dissolve in a few months to 1-2 years. Fat transfer is initially more involved, as it is a surgical procedure, but the fat surviving is permanent. In this patient, filler was used to improve the shape of the nose after rhinoplasty.
