Patient had previous breast augmentation, and after several pregnancies, developed sagging of the nipple and breast tissue over the implant. From the side view, this is called a "Snoopy Dog" breast deformity (referring to Snoopy in Peanuts Comic Strip).
The patient had a full lift to reposition the nipple, reduce the size of the areola, and tighten the skin.
The procedure was done under local anesthesia.
