Patient had previous breast augmentation 10 years ago and was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She wanted the implants removed and did not desire any implant. The implants were removed under local anesthesia and the patient was brought to the pre-op area and the breast was marked for the breast reduction. The top photo on the left is her before any procedure. The photo on the top right is after removal of implants. The photos with tape on the skin is the patient right after removal of implants. The bottom two photos are her result 18 months after surgery.
