Transgender Breast Augmentation or Male Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation for the transsexual or transgender patient is one of the most rewarding surgeries for this patient population.  Even with estrogen hormone therapy, the breast tissue rarely becomes large enough to give the patient a sense of femininity, therefore male breast augmentation is recommended.  See below video for case study:

In most cases, I recommend silicone gel implant since the patient usually does not have sufficient amount of breast tissue.  The silicone gel implant will also feel and behave more naturally in this case.
