Having a dog as a pet and now having two small children has made me realize why we love our dogs and our children.  We may deny it, but deep inside we all want to be loved and respected.  With a dog and young children, unless one is abusive, the love is unconditional, regardless of how imperfect one is.

Now we all (or I hope we do) try to be as perfect a human being as possible, but it’s not easy.  Life reminds me of this every day!

So today, please love each other unconditionally, no matter how imperfect we are.  Everyone needs a break sometimes!
