Breast Revision
Patient had breast augmentation with a previous surgeon and has developed bottoming out of the right implant. She also wanted the saline implants filled as much as possible, as the previous surgeon had not filled the implants to the maximum recommended volume. The right implant pocket was reinforced with Belladerm allograft dermis to act as a hammock for support. The implant volumes were adjusted from 410cc and 380cc ( right and left) to 450cc and 420cc.
