Patient previously had breast augmentation with saline 580cc implant in the right side and 560cc on the left side several years ago. She developed implant deflation on the left side. Bilateral implant exchange was performed with same size implants and bilateral donut (peri-areolar) lift was performed. The result is five years after surgery.
