Patient had previous breast augmentation with capsular contracture on the right and significant asymmetry and breast ptosis.
She had removal and replacement of implants with 400cc silicone implants, capsulectomy of the right breast with a right periareolar (donut) lift on the right and a vertical (lolli-pop) lift on the left.
Result is three months after surgery.
