Patient had previous breast augmentation with 230cc silicone implants, and has developed capsular contracture with implant malposition. Removal and replacement with 445cc silicone implants, bilateral capsulectomies and placement of Durasorb absorbable mesh for internal support was performed.Result is one month after surgery.
